Welcome to Wonders Beauty Bar. By booking an appointment, purchasing a unit, or using any of our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your booking.
1. DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
1.1 Unit Purchases
- All units require a 50% deposit at the time of purchase.
- Each unit includes a complimentary service consisting of hair installation, fitting, and styling.
Cornrows are not included.
1.2 Other Services
- All non-unit services require a £30 deposit to secure a booking.
- Remaining balances must be paid IN CASH on the day of your appointment.
- Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred if rescheduling applies (see Section 7).
2. AVAILABILITY & PROCESSING TIME
- Availability is updated at least monthly, and sometimes further in advance.
- Please allow up to 10 working days for unit preparation.
- Last-minute unit requests (0–4 days) are not normally available.
If accepted, they will incur an additional charge of £60–£90.
3. PROVIDING HAIR & WIG REQUIREMENTS
3.1 Custom-Made Wigs
- If providing your own hair for a custom wig, it must be delivered at least 5 working days before your appointment.
3.2 Ready-Made Wigs (Other Vendors)
- Wigs requiring customisation must be provided at least 3 working days in advance.
This also applies to lace frontal customisation services.
3.3 Delivery & Labelling
- Wherever possible, hair should be provided in person to avoid lost packages.
- All packages must be clearly labelled with your full name and any relevant booking information.
- A £10 per day late charge applies if hair is provided later than the required timeframe.
4. FRONTAL REQUIREMENTS
To ensure the best results, clients must provide a good quality frontal:
- Lace should be thin and soft.
- HD lace is preferred.
- Swiss lace, transparent lace, or light brown lace are acceptable.
- The hairline should not be dense or overly full.
- Grey lace frontals are not accepted due to poor installation results.
5. RESCHEDULING
- Clients may request to reschedule an appointment.
- A new date is not guaranteed within the same month, as availability is released monthly.
- Deposits may be transferred to a new date if rescheduling is approved.
- Failure to attend without notice will result in a forfeited deposit.
6. LATENESS & CANCELLATIONS
- A £15 late fee applies if you arrive 20 minutes late without communication.
- 30 minutes late without communication will be treated as a cancelled appointment and the deposit will be forfeited.
- Early arrival is discouraged unless pre-approved.
7. TRAVEL & HOME SERVICE
- Prices do not include travel, hotel stays, or flights.
- Home service is available and charged based on distance from the ME10 area.
- Travel costs must be agreed upon before booking is confirmed.

9. REFUNDS
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- Completed services, customised units, and personalised work are non-refundable due to their bespoke nature.
10. LIABILITY
- Wonders Beauty Bar is not responsible for:
- Lost packages sent by clients.
- Reactions caused by undisclosed allergies or sensitivities.
- Unsatisfactory results caused by poor-quality hair or frontals provided by clients.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all supplied materials meet the requirements in Section 4.
11. POLICY UPDATES
Wonders Beauty Bar reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated policies will be posted on our website or booking platform.
12. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By booking an appointment or purchasing a unit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
